911 Emergency Notice: The App is not monitored for emergencies and cannot provide emergency care. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, or another medical emergency, stop exercising and call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department.

1. Educational and habit-tracking purpose

The App's content, videos, checklists, breathing guidance, and progress summaries are for general education and habit tracking only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Using the App does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship.

2. Exercise, heart-rate estimates, and assumption of risk

Exercise and lifestyle changes involve risk. Consult your healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition, or hydration routine. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, instability, or unusual shortness of breath. You choose whether to participate and accept the risks of your activity.

The 80% maximum-heart-rate target uses the general estimate (220 − age) × 0.80. It is not an individualized prescription and may be inaccurate or inappropriate, particularly for people taking beta-blockers or other heart-rate-modifying medication, or people with cardiac conditions. Ask your clinician for an appropriate target; do not use this estimate if your clinician has advised otherwise.

3. Single-device access code policy

Each six-character clinic access code is for one user's access on one personal device and may be bound to that device. Do not share the code or attempt to bypass device security. If you replace your device, contact clinic staff to request a device reset.

4. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cadenza Medical Clinic and the App's developers disclaim liability for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
